Vaishali B. Doolabh, MD, FACS is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. A graduate of the world-renowned Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Dr. Doolabh completed her general surgery and plastic surgery residencies from the prestigious Barnes Hospital and the Washington University School of Medicine.

Alice Beard, PA-C

Aesthetic Specialist

Mrs. Beard has over 15 years experience in General Adult and Pediatric Dermatology to bring into each complimentary consultation. As a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Medicine’s Physician Assistant program, Mrs. Beard began working in Internal and Emergency Medicine prior to focusing on Dermatology. She is Nationally Board Certified and holds a Florida prescribing and DEA license. She aims to bring genuine recommendations and natural appearing improvements through safe, effective, and state-of-the-art medical aesthetics.

​Mrs. Beard is the founder of Premier Medical Spa, LLC and actively sees patients. Additionally, she has participated in numerous clinical research trials to stay up-to-date on advancing medicine and aesthetics. Further, Mrs Beard guest lectures at Universities and College classes as well as trains other injectors. In her spare time, she focuses all her attention towards her family.

Spa Dogs

Our Therapy Dog, Mr Baggins, has been with the spa since it’s inception or his birth… whichever happened first those many years ago. Nonetheless, “he” is a happy, hypoallergenic yet fluffy, laid-back-love-bug ready to greet you, should you allow it. While a pure gentlemen to humans of all ages, colors and sizes, Mr B has failed to grow a liking to others of the canine variety. Thus, we must ask for a heads-up, should you decide to bring your favorite furry friend with you to an appointment.

Mr Baggins trained at the exclusive school of the Beard Family Household where he excels at loving on adults, children and 2 older dogs who have respectfully placed him last in the chain of command. He furthered his training with Basic Good Dog Obedience and community service therapy hours. In his spare time he enjoys chasing lizards & squirrels.

Harley is our second spa dog at just two years old. She assists in volunteering her time to provide comfort and joy to all patients here at Premier. She is the more extroverted of the two and has a more excitable approach.
